Membership is available to individuals who feel they would benefit from Feature Exclusive services and are comfortable with the annual membership investment.
How It Works
Membership begins with an email inquiry, followed by an introductory call and, when appropriate, a short virtual meeting. This process allows me to learn more about your priorities, answer questions, and determine whether there is a strong mutual fit for a lasting and positive working relationship.
Because I work directly with every client, the number of memberships must remain limited to ensure that each client receives the attention, accessibility, thoughtfulness, and dedication the relationship deserves.
There is no large concierge team behind your account. There are no rotating account managers.
You would work directly with the owner.
ANNUAL PRIVATE ENGAGEMENT
The annual investment is comparable to the yearly compensation of an experienced project manager or director, reflecting the personalized attention, high level of service provided, oversight and project management, including ongoing coordination, vendor oversight, research, problem-solving, access, discretion, and the ability to take ownership of the operational details surrounding your personal life.
This is not a transactional concierge service. It is an ongoing professional relationship.

With more than 25 years of experience in administration and business management, the owner brings a diverse background and a genuine passion for working with people. Because service businesses are ultimately about people, certifications in life coaching and relationship counseling, strengthen the ability to understand, communicate with, and support others. Creativity and innovation are natural strengths, with a particular eye for marketing, art, design, style, and color coordination. The owner is an idea-driven person who enjoys bringing fresh perspectives and creative solutions to the table. The approach is grounded in kindness, respect, understanding, and positivity.
